To ensure there are no delays in your order, please carefully enter your complete shipping address. Once your order is placed, we will process the order within 2-4 business days. Orders placed after 4pm and on weekends, will begin processing on the next business day.

Order status updates will be sent via Email and/or SMS Text.

Local "New Orleans" Pickup

Please email us at GardenDistrict.Boutique@Gmail.com to setup pick up time/location. Additional days will be added based on demand.

Please specify who will be picking up your order. Make sure they have a valid ID and order number to claim your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages 

Garden District Boutique is not responsible for lost/stolen packages stating "DELIVERED" via tracking number. If this occurs, please contact the USPS to file a claim.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and requested speed of delivery.
